What kind of results should I expect?

The Golf Fitness App programs were developed by Jacob Molnar, a Titleist-certified golf fitness instructor with a Master’s in Exercise Science and a competitor on the World Long Drive Tour. Drawing on his extensive knowledge of exercise science, Jacob designed each program to improve posture, prevent injuries, and enhance swing consistency. His expertise in long drive also led to the creation of golf swing speed training programs—These same programs helped him achieve swing speeds over 155 MPH and drives exceeding 400 yards.
