App Cancellation & Injury Disclaimer

App Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to a J Golf Fitness training program through our app, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) until canceled.

To cancel your subscription and avoid future charges, you must complete one of the following:

Click the cancellation link provided in your subscription confirmation email
Message Jacob directly through the app or by emailing jacob@jgolffitness.com with your cancellation request

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active through the current billing period and will not renew.
You will not be charged again after that cycle ends.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription in time. Late cancellations may result in charges for the next billing cycle.

All content, workouts, and training advice provided through the J Golf Fitness App, website, or any communication are for informational and educational purposes only.

By choosing to participate in any J Golf Fitness training program, you understand and acknowledge:

Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury
You are voluntarily participating in these activities at your own risk
J Golf Fitness and Jacob Molnar are not liable for any injury, health issue, or damage resulting from participation

Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise or mobility program, especially if you have prior health conditions or concerns.
