      Schedule a free 20-minute Zoom call with me. In this call, we’ll go over your golf fitness goals, the equipment you have available, and how many days per week you can train. I’ll also walk you through the three training plans I offer and explain how each can help you reach your goals.

    • Physical Screening

      Once we decide which training plan fits your goals, we’ll complete a physical screening to identify any mobility limitations that may be affecting your swing. This includes a series of simple tests for your hips, spine, shoulders, and ankles to help me design a program built around your specific needs.

    • Swing Analysis

      In addition to the physical screening, you’ll also send me a video of your golf swing so I can see how your body moves in real time. I’ll identify any physical limitations or movement patterns holding you back and use this information to fine-tune your program for more power, consistency, and efficiency.

    • Custom Program

      With the information from your swing analysis and physical screening, I’ll create a program that fits your schedule and the equipment you have. Your custom plan is delivered through my app, making it easy to follow each workout with clear videos and instructions.
