Great combination of strength and mobility with main focus on strength. In a short period of time I increased my driver speed by 6 mph. Jacob always answers your questions fast and is always willing to help.

Great programming

I started doing Jacob’s programming about a month ago. I was doing crossfit and functional fitness for years and although I was getting stronger I didnt feel like it was the best fit for my golf game. Ive been really enjoying this programming. It is well rounded and touches on strength, power, mobility and balance. My flexibility has increased dramatically and I feel much more free swinging the club.
