2. Physical Screening

Once you decide to move forward with 1-on-1 training, we begin with a golf-specific physical screening to assess your mobility, flexibility, strength, and any imbalances affecting your swing. This allows me to create a program tailored to your specific needs

3. Swing Analysis

Using down-the-line and face-on swing views, I’ll assess your mechanics, power output, and any limitations. This ensures your fitness training is directly aligned with improving your golf performance for optimal results.

4. Custom Training Program

Based on your screening and swing analysis, I will create a customized golf fitness program made just for you. This will follow up zoom calls and monthly screenings to track progress.
