A Message from Jacob

As both a World Long Drive Professional and an exercise physiologist, my focus has centered on building the body for distance and consistency. Along the way, I noticed a problem: most golfers weren’t training, or if they were, they were doing random workouts that didn't help them improve their game. Many also ignored mobility, which limits power, consistency, and increases the risk of injury.

This is why I created J Golf Fitness. Every exercise is designed specifically for golfers to increase power, mobility, and strength - helping you hit farther drives, prevent injuries, and play a more consistent game.
