Great programming

I started doing Jacob’s programming about a month ago. I was doing crossfit and functional fitness for years and although I was getting stronger I didnt feel like it was the best fit for my golf game. Ive been really enjoying this programming. It is well rounded and touches on strength, power, mobility and balance. My flexibility has increased dramatically and I feel much more free swinging the club.

Workout program has been great !

This program has been amazing for me. I have been gaining strength and at the same time my flexibility has been increased and I’m hitting the ball farther. I now am rarely sore after a round of golf or after working out like I have been in the past. Thanks !

Great workouts and great coach

I was in a workout slump. I would save all these Instagram videos and then try to use them
It was not user friendly. I would try to write out my workouts and then waste time trying to find the video I saw the routine in. The app made my workouts so much better. It’s nice to not need to think about what exercises I was going to do or try to keep track of what I did the week before. It’s a great mix that has improved my golf stamina and mobility. It hasn’t improved my scores because it doesn’t help putt.

It’s also nice to have an actual coach to ask questions and get real answers.

Highly recommend.
