Great to follow along with. Its nice having some direction and proper workouts instead of making up your own routine. Highly recommend
I started doing Jacob’s programming about a month ago. I was doing crossfit and functional fitness for years and although I was getting stronger I didnt feel like it was the best fit for my golf game. Ive been really enjoying this programming. It is well rounded and touches on strength, power, mobility and balance. My flexibility has increased dramatically and I feel much more free swinging the club.
This program has been amazing for me. I have been gaining strength and at the same time my flexibility has been increased and I’m hitting the ball farther. I now am rarely sore after a round of golf or after working out like I have been in the past. Thanks !
