Every golfer starts with a FREE 20-minute consultation to discuss your golf fitness goals. This helps me understand your needs and how we can work together to improve your game.

2. Physical Screening

Once you decide to move forward with 1-on-1 training, we begin with a golf-specific physical screening to assess your mobility, flexibility, strength, and any imbalances affecting your swing. This allows me to create a custom program tailored to your specific needs

3. Swing Analysis

Using down-the-line and face-on swing views, I’ll assess your mechanics, power output, and any potential limitations. This ensures your custom golf training program is directly aligned with improving your golf performance for optimal results.

4. Custom Training Program

Based on your screening and golf swing analysis, I will create a custom workout program made just for you. This will also include follow up zoom calls and monthly screenings to track progress.
